I would like to inform you that I use images that I believe to be in the public domain. If this is a problem or if it concerns you, please email me at zackapalooza@gmail.com and action will be taken: your picture will be removed, replaced, or you will be given credit and a link back for it. I do not mean to steal from anyone or anything. As these pictures are all readily available elsewhere (namely Google Images), it is my belief that I may use them for my nonprofit purposes. I believe that my actions comply with the U.S. Copyright Fair Use Act.
Zackapalooza! is a non-profit website run from WordPress.com, and thus any advertisements seen are the property of WordPress, not me.
If you believe that your copyrights have been infringed, please email me, providing the following:
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A description or image of the item in question.
- The exact location(s) of the item in question.
- Your statement that the item in question has not been authorized for use by you or the law.
- Your statement that the above information is accurate and not falsified made under penalty of perjury.
